Host a Waffles and Wives® Experience

The Waffles and Wives® Experience is a guided women’s gathering designed to create meaningful conversations about how women show up in relationships and everyday life.

 

While the name includes “wives,” the experience focuses broadly on connection, growth, and the wisdom women bring into their relationships, homes, and communities.

 

Each gathering is designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and real. Through guided discussion and light interactive activities, women are invited to reflect, share, and connect in a meaningful way.

 

The tone is honest, thoughtful, and conversational, making the experience a great fit for church women’s ministries, small groups, retreats, and social gatherings.

The Experience

90–120 minute guided gathering

  • Facilitated conversation and guided discussion prompts

  • Interactive activity (creative or reflective)

  • Group engagement designed to spark meaningful conversation

  • A welcoming environment that encourages connection and reflection

 

The format is flexible and can be adapted for:

  • Church women’s ministries

  • Small groups

  • Retreats

  • Women’s socials or brunch gatherings

 

Groups typically range from 10–40 women.

Hosting the Experience

The host organization provides:

  • the gathering space

  • light refreshments or a meal (brunch-style works especially well)

  • seating arranged for conversation

A $100 flat facilitation fee is charged for leading the Waffles and Wives® Experience.
